Reopening of Decor Atelier Nationale Opera & Ballet

The immense workshop of the Dutch National Opera and Ballet in Amsterdam was re-opened after a renovation on Tuesday 24 September 2014. The opening was officiated by Els van der Plas, General Director of NO&B, Truze Lodder, former business director of National Opera and Ballet and Joop van den Ende, who started his career as a scenic carpenter for NO&B. The internationally renowned industrial designer Marcel Wanders designed a festive opening program that does justice to the theatrical function of the Decor atelier.
